What is the Return/Exchange Policy for Little Giraffe® products purchased at www.littlegiraffe.com? top

At Little Giraffe®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase from www.littlegiraffe.com, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment, and have all applicable tags still attached. If you purchased your Little Giraffe product from one of our retail distributors, other website, or third party, please contact the company you purchased from directly to process a return or exchange. Also, if one of our products has been personalized, monogrammed, or altered in any way, we cannot accept it for refund or exchange.

Please note, if your purchase was made with a credit or debit card, including a gift purchase, any refund will be credited back to that account. Can I have my order gift wrapped? top

Every purchase you make at www.littlegiraffe.com arrives Gift Ready, wrapped in luxurious silver organza, and finished with a silver satin ribbon. Little Giraffe® hand-assembles every purchase with our exclusive Gift Ready presentation, at no extra charge. So, whether you are buying something special as a gift, or even for yourself or your little one, it will arrive in style. Sure, we could send your order wrapped in basic tissue, but at Little Giraffe®, we like to elevate the ordinary to the extraordinary.

How do I include a gift message with my order? top

If the name of the Purchaser differs from the Recipient, a customized gift message will be included with your order:

"Dear (Recipient's name),
We hope you enjoy your gift from (Purchaser's name).
Little Giraffe® is Love™."

Want something more personal? Reply to your confirmation email with the exact message you'd like to use and we'll be sure to include it with your order. We also take care not to include any pricing information with your gift.

How do I check the status of my order? top

The easiest way to check the status of an order is to click the link for "ORDER REFERENCE" in your Order Confirmation email. The subject line of this email would be "Your order has been received". Once submitted, you will find all the information you need.

How do I track the shipping of my order? top

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a subject line of "Your order has been shipped". You will find your tracking number with a link to UPS.com. Once submitted, you will find all the information you need.

I received a Little Giraffe® product as a gift but I don't know where it was purchased. I have a problem with the item and would like to return or exchange it. What should I do? top
