Nicole Richie & Joel Madden Announce a They're Expecting a Sibling for Harlow!

Nicole Richie & Joel Madden announced this week that baby #2 is on the way... We're so excited for them to expand their family and hope their new addition loves Little Giraffe as much as Harlow does!
